Please note that your credit card is not charged at the time you place your order. Generally, your credit card is charged when your order is ready to ship and we verify that everything is in stock.
All orders paid by check shall process and ship once payment has been received and cleared our bank. This process may take 10-15 days so order well in advance of your event if paying by check. You may also place your order via phone at (425) 881-8224. Sorry, we no longer accept personal checks or purchase orders.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER INFORMATION
You may change order information in most cases by contacting us the same day you place your order. Please be specific in your change requests. Orders that have shipped cannot be changed. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.
COLOR SELECTIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
We have taken great care to present our products as true to actual color as possible, however, computer monitors vary widely. If color accuracy is crucial please contact us with your concerns. In many cases, we can send you a color swatch.
If materials originally used in floral arrangements or other custom made items become temporarily or permanently unavailable they may be substituted without notice. In this case we would only substitute items with the same or higher value.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
The pricing and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. Any quote provided by us will be honored for a period of 30 days. After that time, the price may be subject to price increases imposed by our suppliers.
