Payment Methods
For international orders we accept on-line payments with Visa or Mastercard. Your credit card billing address must match the shipping address. The prices quoted on the website are in US dollars. The transactions are completed in US dollars and converted by your bank so that you can pay your country's equivalent. Please be aware that no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on international shipments. All sales are final.

Delivery Methods & Time-in-Transit
We primarily use the United States Postal System (USPS) Priority Mail and Express Mail services for international shipping. Order well in advance of your event date to avoid late arrivals due to Customs delays.

In-stock items typically ship from our studio within two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers. Please allow up to five weeks for custom orders and hand-made items such as ring pillows, favors and bridal accessories.

CANADA (Time in Transit): 8-10 business days, excluding holidays.
CANADA (EXPRESS): 5-6 business days, excluding holidays.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (Time in transit): 10-14 business days, excluding USA holidays.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (EXPRESS): 6-8 business days, excluding USA holidays.

Shipping Costs
The total you see calculated in your shopping cart will be zero. The shopping cart does not have the capabilities of calculating shipping costs for countries outside the USA at this time. Therefore the shipping calculation for each country must be done on an individual basis. We will send you a shipping quote BEFORE we ship your order or process your credit card. Please check your email within 24 hours after placing your order and respond yes or no to the shipping fee quote. International shipping can be expensive so please visit the USPS shipping page and estimate the costs before you continue with your purchase.

Shipping cost starts at US$19.95 and depends on the destination country, the item(s) ordered and the weight. Large or valuable orders will require insurance. An adjusted shipping fee will be given to you via email. If you prefer express shipping please send us an email or call us at 425-881-8224 and we will try to accommodate your request.

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs IMPORTANT!
Prices and shipping fees DO NOT include import duties, VAT or tariffs. These are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. These charges and the customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Every order we ship is double checked by our staff before it is shipped. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs or while in transit in the destination country. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable.

Value Declaration - We must declare the exact value of the products on a commercial invoice as well as customs documents. We cannot falsify the documents due to legal and insurance reasons. Marking a package as a GIFT is not permitted.

Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us because of non payment of duty tax, the credit back to your credit card will be minus any associated shipping charges. Your postal service generally will make several delivery attempts and leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for the package. YOUR POST OFFICE will hold your package for a few days only. If you fail to claim it, it will be returned to us marked "unclaimed".
